This Privacy Policy describes the information that Foundry26 F.Z.E collects from visitors to foundry26.org, how that information is used, and the choices you have regarding it. By using the site you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

We collect two categories of information:

Information you provide directly. If you contact us using the email address listed on our legal page, we receive whatever you submit in your message.

Information collected automatically through analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how visitors use this site. Google Analytics collects the following categories of data, in accordance with Google's own documentation:

Pages viewed, navigation paths through the site, and approximate time spent on each page. The general geographic region (country and city) from which the request originated. The device category, operating system, and browser used to access the site. The referring page or search query that brought you to the site. Your IP address, which Google anonymises before storage (IP-anonymisation is enabled by default on this site).

2. How we use the information

We use the information you send us to respond to your message. We use analytics data in aggregate, to understand which pages are useful and which are not, and to inform decisions about what to build or change. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors, to build profiles, or to target advertising.

3. Cookies

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies on your device to recognise repeat visits and to attribute page views to a session. You can opt out of analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on for major browsers, or by activating your browser's private-browsing mode. Foundry26 F.Z.E does not set any additional cookies beyond those required by Google Analytics for the purposes described above.

4. Where data is processed

Analytics data is processed by Google LLC, which is headquartered in the United States. By using this site you acknowledge that your anonymised usage data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where Google maintains facilities. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and the Google Analytics data processing terms.

5. Data retention

Analytics data older than 14 months is automatically deleted from our reports. Information you send us by email is retained only as long as needed to respond and resolve the matter, after which it is deleted.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information you have provided directly to us, by contacting the email address on our legal page. For analytics data, you may exercise available rights through Google's data and privacy tools.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will revise the "Last edited" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
