/ THE BET

Why small products win. Most products try to be platforms. Users don't trust new installs for a single feature. A focused product that answers one question well is a stronger form factor than a feature hidden inside a big one.

Why a studio, not a startup. One operator shipping many small things, each with its own brand, is more useful than one operator chasing one giant outcome. Failure of one product doesn't kill the studio.

Why now. AI tooling collapses the marginal cost of shipping. Modern payment rails let you sell anywhere. App stores distribute for free. Conditions for one-person studios have never been better, and almost no one takes advantage at the quality bar that matters.
